Shipping Options and Delivery Information

At Biochar Station, we offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including Saver Shipping, Standard Shipping, and Expedited Shipping services. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Saver Shipping: Delivery within 6-10 business days, or possibly sooner depending on your address.
2. Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
3. Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

Important Shipping Information

To ensure the safe delivery of your items, please provide a secure shipping address and a contact number. Biochar Station is not responsible for items stolen from an unsecured delivery address.

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with parcel tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you cannot find the email, please check your junk folder or contact us if it may have been rejected by your email system.

Delivery Timeframe

Our orders are typically delivered within 6-15 days, although delivery times may be longer for some countries or regions. If your package does not arrive on time, please contact us at sales@biocharstation.com.

Shipping Origin and Time Estimates

Items in stock and ready to ship are dispatched from China. Shipping times are estimated based on the shipping date, not the order date, and may be extended due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other factors.
