We provide the best shipping options to you via Saver Shipping, Standard Shipping, and Expedited Shipping service. You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days by Standard Shipping. If you choose the Saver Shipping method, the delivery will be 6-10 business days or sooner depending on your address.

1. Please must provide a secure shipping address and contact number to receive items. Biochar Station is not responsible for items that may be stolen from an unsecured delivery address. 
2. Ship within 24-48 hours of processing time after you place an order. All orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
3. After the shipment is made, we will send the email with parcel tracking information to you. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you cannot find the email, please check your junk folder. Otherwise, it may be rejected by your email system. Please get in touch with us.
4. Our orders will usually be delivered after 6-15 days (some countries/regions may be longer, contact us for inspection). If the package does not arrive on time, you can contact us at sales@biocharstation.com.
5. Items that are in stock and ready to ship are shipping from China.
6. Shipping time is estimated according to when the products are shipped rather than the order date. It can take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
